Unfortunately after spending an entire year completely remodeling and upgrading our travel trailer we are being forced to sell due to someone hitting and totaling my wifes vehicle in which the driver had no insurance at all leaving us with only vehicle which is just no doable for us so we are forced to sell our RV to get another vehicle and be able to keep both our jobs and get by. Truly one of the absolute nicest and featured Rvs you will find for anywhere near this price, as we spent the entire last year not only replacing and upgrading most of the main parts of the rv but also upgrading virtually everything with things youd find on brand new rigs. On top of all this we will even be including virtually all the accessories you need to basically start using this RV right away without having to go out and spend another 300-500$ that you typically would on things like 20ft sewer drain hose and all attachments including stabilizer, water hoses & filters, wheel leveling chalks, leveling blocks for stabilizers, jack mounting block, ratcheting wheel locks, surge protector, 25ft heavy duty 30a extension cable, hitch lock to prevent theft, and much more. This travel trailer also has 5 brand new tires with literally maybe 80-100 miles on them. (4 regular tires plus spare which is mounted on the rear with a nice leather cover.) All plumbing was upgraded to the newer much nicer PEX style lines and fittings, also has literally a brand new memory foam mattress never slept in, upgraded residential height and bowl size toilet also never been used, all upgraded high end fixtures like shower head, bathroom and kitchen faucet where the kitchen sink also has a separate water filler with its own filtration system giving you super fresh drinking water. Fully electric jack with built in led light makes loading/unloading plus leveling the RV so much easier, 1 year old big upgraded 120ah AGM battery that is connected to a 200w solar panel on the roof which keeps the battery charged up virtually 24/7. This is even a 4 seasons style RV which you dont see too many of which means it not only has much better insulation throughout but also even has heated black and grey tanks as well as water lines meaning you can literally use this rig in even the coldest of weather which makes it perfect for year round trips or even full time living. Roof is in incredible shape with absolutely no leaks and all seams were even recently fully re coated. Upgraded 1000 mile Digital TV antenna, upgraded big 10" touch screen stereo with all new speakers throughout, AC is ice cold and heat is toasty warm. AC even has a soft start installed meaning you can power this entire rig including even the AC with a generator as small as just 2200w. Upgraded Smart 32" LED Tvs, brand new upgraded high pressure 12v water pump, all lighting has been upgraded to LED including even the smoked LED tail lights. Brand new upgraded digital keypad door lock with wireless key fobs as well. Full stove and burners, microwave, fridge and freezer that can operate on both electric and gas. Also has an outdoor shower system as well as a heavy duty 2" receiver mounted on the bumper perfect for like a bike carrier or cargo basket. I also have literally every single piece of original manuals/documentation for absolutely everything in the RV thats probably 4-5" thick, as well clean up to date title in hand as well as full clean carfax. Im sure im even forgetting some things but honestly with this RV its like basically buying an older used rig that is virtually 80% completely brand new as well as getting the same features youd get with a 2020 rv but all at an incredible price. This rig is also the perfect size being roomy enough for at least 2-4 people while still being able to be pulled easily with smaller trucks like a 1500 or even bigger suv so no need to get some huge expensive truck just to haul it around.
