How do I contact Canvas Instructure? ›

Complete Registration

Enter the course join code in the Join Code field. This code will be emailed to you by your instructor or institution—the email is separate from your email invitation to join the course. Enter your name in the Full Name field. Enter your username in the Username field.

Verify Username & Password

If you use more than one Canvas URL, make sure you are using the correct login and password for each Canvas URL. If your login and password were given to you from your institution and you are having trouble logging in, please contact your institution.

If you set up your own Canvas account, go to "Login" and click on the "Forgot Password?" link. Enter the login information associated with your Canvas account and click the "Request Password" button. You'll be sent an email prompting you to reset your password.

Why does Canvas keep saying my password is wrong? ›

Either your username or password were incorrect.

You may need to clear your cache, you may have an old password stored. See How to Clear Cache on a Mac, or How to Clear Cache on a PC.

Authenticate with your password or security questions. Click “Send a link to reset your password.” You will receive an e-mail containing a link to reset your password.

If you forgot your password, click on the 'Forgot Password?' link on the Canvas login page, and follow the instructions.
