Is Baton Rouge general on MyChart? ›

As of March 1, 2024, Baton Rouge General clinics transitioned to MyChart, the widely used patient portal powered by Epic's electronic health record.

To receive a copy of your medical records, complete the Authorization for the Release of Records form found below. Email your completed form, along with a copy of your photo ID to MedicalRecords@brgeneral.org. We will contact you within one business day after your information is submitted.

Visiting hours: 8 a.m. - 8 p.m. See exceptions below for Behavioral Health, ICU, NICU and Skilled Nursing Unit.
